Because forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means choosing emotional freedom and peace — over and over again.

This doesn’t excuse what they did — it just stops it from holding you hostage.
Sometimes the wound becomes the doorway to your healing and transformation.
Let that be the meaning you choose. - Pray for Them
Yes, even them.
Through clenched teeth, if you have to.
“Oh Allah, guide them. Heal them.”
This prayer isn’t for them — it’s for you.
To help you reclaim your power and purify your heart. - Detach Emotionally
They don’t get to live rent-free in your head anymore.
When the memory re-triggers you — move.
Do something small, something grounding.
File your nails. Go for a walk. Breathe.
Tell yourself:
“I matter. I’m moving on. They’re not worth this energy.”
Because it’s not about them.
It’s about freeing yourself from resentment and pain.
So next time that wave hits, run the loop:
